2.3 Gooey reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices listed on the website are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
3.2 Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
3.3 Payments are accepted through secure online payment gateways.
3.4 Gooey shall not be liable for payment failures due to banking or gateway issues.

4. Cancellation & Refund

4.1 Since all products are perishable and customized, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
4.2 1-day prior notice is required for regular orders and 2-days prior notice for large/special orders.
4.3 A 5% cancellation charge may apply.
4.4 Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days to the original payment method or as Gooey Wallet credits, at the discretion of Gooey.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1 Gooey will make every effort to deliver orders within the selected time slot.
5.2 Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 The customer must provide accurate delivery details. Gooey will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information.
5.4 Once delivered, the responsibility of the product lies with the customer.

6. Quality & Claims

6.1 Any quality-related concerns must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
6.2 Complaints must be supported with clear images and order details.
6.3 Gooey reserves the right to investigate and decide the resolution.

7. Allergies & Consumption

7.1 Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, etc.
7.2 Customers are advised to check ingredients before consumption. Gooey shall not be liable for allergic reactions.
